Executive summary
AmunChain is a proposed constitutional Layer 0 for sovereign blockchain networks. The project is under formation, with the foundation described as established and the core in local development and testing. The digital civilization, institutions and national projects are future objectives.
Vision
AmunChain draws on Egyptian ideas of order, continuity, institutional structure and enduring identity. Its digital civilization is a strategic vision built around a constitutional protocol, a community and, eventually, accountable institutions.
Layer 0 architecture
The blueprint places the Rust core, formal specifications and TLA+ models at the center of local development. Authorization, provenance, storage and authenticated recovery define key trust boundaries.
Consensus & validator evidence
Sovereign-chain coordination is an architectural goal. Consensus/finality, networking, state synchronization, validator selection, VRF and threshold/MPC require individual implementation status and test evidence before being presented as deployed capabilities.
Storage, recovery & security
Digital defense means cybersecurity and protocol resilience. It includes consensus defense, key security, monitoring, containment, authenticated recovery and constrained emergency governance.
Constitution & institutions
The Constitutional Assembly, executive governance and specialist institutions are future governance structures. Roles must be separated, powers limited and decisions recorded before activation.
Founding community
The proposed milestone is 5,000,000 qualified participants across Amun Genesis and C404 CAMEL. Follower totals alone are insufficient. The methodology needs eligibility rules, duplicate-account controls, anti-bot/anti-Sybil measures, snapshots and transparent reporting.
NTR constitutional economics
NTR (Nefertari) has not launched. The draft allocation is 22% security/validators, 20% founding community, 15% ecosystem/developers, 12% constitutional treasury, 8% social civilization fund, 7% core team, 6% infrastructure/liquidity, 5% sovereign chains/interoperability and 5% research/public goods. A 10 billion NTR maximum is an unapproved working proposal requiring simulation.
Fees, burn & vesting
Draft rules propose a 0.50% eligible-buy burn and a 1.00% eligible-sell contribution split equally between social/development and development/quality funds. Ordinary wallet transfers carry no transfer tax in this model; network fees are separate. Eligible trade identification remains to be specified. Team vesting is proposed as a 12-month cliff plus at least 36 months linear vesting. All values require approval.
National development framework
Agriculture, industry, education, health, small enterprises and advanced research are strategic sectors, not activated projects. Each project passes through eligibility, feasibility, independent review, disclosure, debate, constitutional validation, governance voting, timelocks, authorization, milestone-based execution and audit.
Project token standard
The proposed Amun Project Token Standard binds each authorized token to its legal entity, project passport, governance decision, risks and funding controls.
AQRI & advanced research
AQRI is proposed within the research and advanced technology development gateway. It follows the same feasibility, legal, funding and governance lifecycle as other strategic projects.
Roadmap & readiness
After local validation come controlled multi-node testing, devnet, public testnet, independent security review and mainnet readiness. Mainnet is a target. Full decentralization criteria are required before activating national projects. There are no committed public launch dates in this reference.
Risks, limits & open decisions
Open decisions include legal entity and jurisdiction, exact consensus/VRF/MPC status, economic simulation, qualified-participant methodology, voting and timelock rules, treasury policies, project classification and decentralization criteria. Technical appendices, reproducible evidence and a final approved protocol whitepaper have not been supplied for this edition.
